The Objectives of the Adventist Youth Ministries Department by 2010 are the following, to have:
1. Each youth and young adult, at each church, become a disciple of Jesus, who knows his/her gifts and uses them.
2. One Adventist Youth Society/Adventist Youth Ministry in each Church.
3. One Pathfinder Club per Church.
4. One Adventurer Club per Church.
5. One Small Group for Young Adults per Church.
6. One Small Group for Teens per Church.
7. One public Youth Evangelism Series per Church, per year.
8. One Large Public Youth Evangelism per Area, per year.
9. 5-10 New Young Preachers (under 35) at each Church.
10. Several Youth and Young Adult Elders/Leaders at each Church (more than just a Token).
