Message from the Atlantic Union president regarding the "enditnow" Campaign
|
Dear Friends:
The Atlantic Union Conference is pleased to join with ADRA and the General Conference Women's Ministries Department in promoting the enditnow Campaign that was recently launched at the General Conference Annual Council in October. This campaign, in which "Adventists Say NO to Violence Against Girls and Women", is being promoted in over 200 countries around the world.
The goal is to receive ONE MILLION signatures supporting the campaign which in turn will be turned over to the United Nations General Secretary to emphasize our support in stamping out this horrific practice. We encourage every believer to support this worthy humanitarian and dignitarian cause. You may contact your local conference for how you can add your signature.
